Purpose:

To provide division management and government sales staff with easy to access information on key contacts and business statistics.

Result:

Head office and field staff found it to be a very valuable tool when meeting with prospects or attending political functions.

 Municipal Government Stakeholder Database

Description:

This locally-focussed database developed for a health care company consists of municipal profiles, existing contract information and a stakeholder database.

Purpose:

To provide senior managers with a quick reference tool and background information on target markets.

Result:

The general manager used it on a daily basis as a business planning tool and contact manager.
